Well Sites & Leases

Morgan views the construction of wellsites and leases much like pioneering work; new facilities are made where nothing existed before.

We build all roads necessary for the project (both permanent and temporary). Morgan will create the clearing-removing trees as necessary. We level the site and perform any groundwork required for the new facilities.

All soils are conserved on site, and in the case of farmlands, soil is set aside in such a manner so as to ensure equivalent land capabilites at the finish of the project.

Reflective of Morgan’s emphasis on safety, we strictly follow all procedures necessary to ensure safe access for workers and clients. As always, Morgan meets governmental regulations or exceeds guidelines. Lastly, we ensure that our equipment is weed-free, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination between sites.
